Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States using trusted domestic carriers.
Estimated transit times begin once your order has shipped (not when the order is placed):
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, remote locations, or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We will assist with carrier investigations, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

- Provide clear photos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping label.
- Do not discard the packaging, as it may be required for carrier claims.
We will review your claim and provide a full refund, free replacement, or store credit at no additional cost to you, including all related shipping fees.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If international shipping is offered for specific destinations at checkout:
- Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their amount.
- We are not responsible for delays or seizures by customs.
9. Undeliverable Packages
Packages marked as undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to our facility.
If a package is returned and not re-shipped within 14 days of notification:
- We will cancel the order
- Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost
